You don’t often get urban camping, the whole idea of camping is to be in the great outdoors and take in the fresh air. Urban camping is when you pitch up in a city, you only normally see this when people are queuing for tickets or releases of books, game etc. Cliff Richard, Harry Potter and GTA.
In Sweden enthusiastic gamers have started to camp to be first in line for the release of the eagerly awaited GTA IV (Grand Theft Auto) , which is a couple of weeks away. The last version of the game also sparked people queuing up a couple of days prior to release but a couple of weeks is real commitment.
They’ve pitch a small two man tent right next to the door of game retailer Webhallen on the pavement. Let hope they’ve got plenty of supplies and an air bed!
