Paul Thomas is planning on camping for three nights to raise money for Cancer Research . Paul, from Penydarren will be camping on some of the highest summits in the UK to raise money after a family memeber was effected by breast cancer last year. 

He’ll be climbing and then sleeping on the summits of Ben Nevis, Snowden and Pen y Fan. Paul, a former soldier exclaimed: “My family think I’m crazy but I really am looking forward to it. My cousin is so close to my heart that I really want to raise money for a good cause because of her.”

It will be no easy task, Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in the UK at 4,409 ft, Snowdon at 3,560 ft and Pen y Fan at 2,907 ft.
