So you fancy a bit of toast on your camping trip but it not as if you can take your toaster with you. So there are two options for making toast, both require a gas stove.

Folding Toaster

Here you unfold the device and place the bread on top. The gauze turns the flames from the stove to a grill cooking the toast. The toast is only cooked on one side so you need to turn the toast around a couple of times in order to get an even toasting

4 Slice Toaster

The four slice toaster works by placing each piece of bread upright on the stand. The holes in the middle of the plate allow the heat from the stove to cook the toast. Again you need to turn the toast to get an even toasting but this way it means you can do four slices at once.

From experience the folding toaster is quicker per slice but overall will take you longer to get 4 + slices together. Either way they are a great cooking accessory to have,
