For those who are little bit more into their hiking and walking Vango have released their new linke of Force 10 / Vango Ultralise range. Aimed at the high end of the market the range feature some of the latest technology to reduce weight, pack size, while still being able to width extreme conditions.

There are three designs in the range, ranging in price, features and benefits.

The Vitesse - SRP £99

An ultra lightwieght then its aimed at the extreme racer or can be used in an emergency. With a weight of under 1kg it’s amazing that the tent can hold two people. It uses hocks so there are poles to carry, a range of objects can be used to hang the tent walking poles, trees, paddles etch.

Helium one man SRP £170 or two man SRP £200

Poles are used in this design but with external pole sleeves it means a quick pitch. The twin skin means that it will be a little warmer than the Vitesse but amazingly still comes in at 0.9kg in weight for the one man and 1.3kg for the two man model.

Nitro one man SRP £180, two man SRP £220 or two man plus SRP £270

The Nitro is aimed at all three seasons of year a tunnel tent which is at the top of range due to the top material and design. Its abilty to used all round it due to feature such as ski compatible peg points and TBS - Tension Band System which provides added stability due to a unique internal bracing system, this allows the tent to endure high winds in adverse weather conditions.
