A real pain at festivals is getting drinks, you don’t want to miss your favorite band and if you go during a break to the bar it’s really busy. To add to that buying drinks at festivals is really expensive.
In the past I’ve subscribed to the bring as many cans of beer as possible idea. This is still the best option but when your in the music areas you may only be able to carry 4 / 6 cans and at some festivals you are not allowed to bring drinks in.
A great option is to get a water carrier back back. Normally used hikers / walkers / climbers and cyclists use them to keep water in. Underneath your jumper / coat it’s hiden away from security and you can sup away at your beers at your hearts content.
The only problem can be with the beer heating up if it’s on your back and in sunlight light but with reflective surfaces the beer can stay cold for a good few hours.
