If you have an emergencies while camping it’s best that you, as the scouts say be prepared. It’s essential that you have the correct kit to deal with situations such as twist, cuts or leg breaks.

The first thing you need is a first aid kit, this should include

• Bandages
• Gauze 
• Antisptic
• Knife
• Scissors
• Silver Blanket
• Mobile Phone
• Spare battery for phone or a solar charger. 

You should make sure that the kit is in a waterproof bag, you check the kit before setting off on each trip and also replace any items used in a trip. This way you shouldn’t be ever out of stock which can cause problems. 

In case of a leg break you’ll need to use bandages in conjunction with a stick or plank of wood. You’ll not be able to care that so if the situation rises you’ll need to find materials.
