A man in Oregon America is recovering after being attached by a bear on a camping trip. The grizzly bear has left the man with around a dozen puncture wounds but should make a full recovery.

The man was camping in northeast of the Yellowstone National Park when the grizzly bear came into his tent and attacked him. The man was named as Steven Bartley, 59, of Springfield, Ore who was on his way to a international motorcycle rally in Gillette, Wyo.

Bears are normally attracted to campsites when food is left uncovered or in open bins. Bartley advised that the campsite was spotless. Traps are out to catch the bear, if caught it will be killed.
