It has been really sunny today across Manchester and with it being a Bank Holiday weekend it seems like the perfect opportunity to go camping.

From Manchester to the Lake District its about 2 hours in the car, the plan is to camp on the shore of Lake Windermire. From there you can go walking, swimming in the lake (if your brave) and one or two cost pubs.

For the weekend I’m taking a 2 man vango tent, single stove in a brief case, two sleeping bags and a couple of self inflating mats. Should be a good weekend!!!
